Customer Action Team

The Metro is recruiting current bus riders to join a committee focused on increasing ridership on The Metro. This will be a proactive, results-oriented partnership.

The CAT questionnaire must be completed. Download the application, fill it out and fax or email it to us.

An internal committee will make the final selection.

Qualifications:
Must have ridden The Metro at least 1 month.
Must be willing to serve for 6 months.
Must be willing to be an active participant. Non-participating members will be replaced.
