There are plenty of options to pay your fare.
A Three-Day Visitor’s Pass is available in advance from our online store.
If you are already in town you can purchase a Day Pass, good until midnight, for $3 on board the bus.
Regular cash fare is $1.50 per ride, and you can request a transfer that is good for two hours.
You can also use a Change Card to get around. Request a Change Card when you deposit $5, $10 or $20 in the farebox, and you’ll have stored Metro fare for several more trips.
You can plan a trip with Google Transit or The Metro’s Trip Planner. Or, call 816-221-0660 from 6 a.m to 7 p.m. on weekdays to speak with a Call Center agent. Language translation service is available.
