Sealed proposals for the purchase of $25,000,000 maximum aggregate principal amount of Taxable Revenue Bond (The Aiden Facility), Series 2025, of the Kansas City Area Transportation Authority (the “KCATA”), will be received by the President and CEO of the KCATA at 1200 East 18th Street, Kansas City, Missouri 64108 until 2:00 P.M., Central Time on August 13, 2025.
The KCATA has prepared a Notice of Bond Sale Form and an Official Bid Form, copies of which may be obtained from the President and CEO. The purchaser(s) of the Taxable Revenue Bond (The Aiden Facility), Series 2025, shall be limited to “Accredited Investors” as defined in Rule 501 of Regulation D promulgated under the Securities Act of 1933 and “Qualified Institutional Buyers” as defined in Rule 144A or the Company (as defined in the Notice of Bond Sale).
